How do you protect my items?

We use heavy duty moving blankets to ensure items are protected during transit. We bubble/shrink wrap items if necessary. We also use the proper equipment to ensure your items are moved in and out of the truck safely.

What happens if my items are damaged?

While we do our best to mitigate damage to items, sometimes mistakes happen. We comply with federal regulations and cover damaged items at $1.32/KG or $0.60/pound, and reserve the right to replace or repair any damaged items.

Is your company insured?

Yes! We carry $5 million in liability insurance for your peace of mind.

We know Canada can be home to extreme weather, but rain, shine, or snow, our team is equipped to get the job done. While we always prioritise safety for both your belongings and our crew, we plan ahead and take precautions to minimise weather-related delays. So, no matter the forecast, you can count on us to keep your move on schedule!

How do you charge for moves?

We charge by the hour for moves. Our rates depend on the amount of Lads, trucks, and kilometres your move requires. If we are provided an inventory of items to be moved and/or conduct an on-sight inspection, we can provide a fixed price for your move.
